Leo Bletnitsky
President/CEO
Leo Bletnitsky
Over 30 years in the Information Technology field with numerous positions in I.T. and Security management as well as years of hands on implementation.
Since 1996 Leo has been the President of Healthy Technology Solutions which specializes in Managed IT Services for Healthcare Organizations, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, non-Profits, CPA Firms, SMB’s, Government, and Education.
Leo is a US Coast Guard Veteran, has over 15 years experience in Law Enforcement, has a BA from the University of California, San Diego, a National Security Graduate Certificate from University of New Haven Connecticut, is a Category 1 Nevada Police Officer and a former Scuba Diving Instructor. Leo is a Volunteer with Red Rock Search & Rescue, Volunteer Chair of the Las Vegas HEALS Technology Task Force and a Nevada Workforce Connections board member.
When unplugged, Leo enjoys Traveling the World, Scuba Diving, Underwater Photography, Hiking, Mountain Biking, Shooting, great food and spending time with his family and friends.
Ben Gilbertson
Senior Vice President
Ben Gilbertson
Over 15 years in the information technology field with numerous positions in IT and Security management as well as years of hands-on implementation. Ben started with HTS in 2015 and in 2020 became Vice President and Partner. Previously, Ben spent many years in supervisory roles in the Seismic Oil Exploration Industry on various tundra’s and bodies of water around North America..
Ben grew up in Alaska and learned from a young age his passion for technology and helping others understand I.T.. He started his career in 2005 with the idea to always be learning and always be helping others. While I am not working, Ben enjoys family time, playing chess and doing archery with his son.
Stan Aleksandrov
Vice President of Engineering & Cloud Services
Stan Aleksandrov
Over 22 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry with active involvement in hands-on implementation of international and intricate projects. Stan has previously worked for Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise. Currently holding the position of Vice President of Engineering at Healthy Technology Solution, a highly successful IT Services Company specializing in the SMB, Healthcare, Government, and Education sectors.
Stan is dedicated to designing, implementing, and maintaining intricate systems and infrastructures, with expertise spanning hardware, software, networking, security, and databases. Additionally, he specializes in the implementation of cloud-based systems, ensuring adherence to principles like virtualization, scalability, and elasticity to meet organizational needs.
In his free time, Stanimir enjoys spending time with his family and fishing.

Mitchell Czaja
Mitchell Czaja is a Systems Engineer with over 5 years of experience in the IT industry. As a subject matter expert in VOIP systems, network security, and Microsoft 365 administration, Mitchell plays a critical role at Healthy Technology Solutions, where he simplifies complex technologies for clients and implements tailored IT solutions. His expertise ranges from managing phone systems and firewalls to optimizing network infrastructures.
Outside of work, Mitchell enjoys gaming, Dungeons and Dragons, and hiking, balancing his technical expertise with a passion for outdoor adventure and creativity.
Dylan
Service Manager/Senior Engineer
Dylan Mlynarczyk
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Network Operations and Security and has five years of experience in network engineering, systems administration, and IT project management. Dylan's certifications include CCNA, AWS SysOps Administrator, and ITIL Foundations, with a focus on upgrading network infrastructure, improving security protocols, and optimizing system performance. His expertise also includes managing teams, resolving complex technical issues, and transitioning legacy systems to modern technologies. Dylan has worked as a Service Desk Manager, network engineer, and application developer, where he honed his skills in network setups, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Whether leading projects, securing networks, or simplifying technical solutions for clients, Dylan is dedicated to delivering efficient, reliable IT solutions.

Network Engineer
Patrick Ward Jr.
Is a Systems Engineer with over 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technical support. He has a strong background in managing servers, networks, and cloud environments, with hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, system optimization, and secure deployments.
Patrick is skilled in programming and automation, and has led technical teams while supporting both on-site and remote users. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance and multiple industry certifications, including CompTIA and ISC², demonstrating a well-rounded and up-to-date technical skillset.

Matias
Network Engineer
Matias Dalesio
Matias Dalesio is a System Engineer at Healthy Technology Solutions with over 5 years of experience in IT, working with network, security, and IT infrastructure support.
He holds multiple certifications, including CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CySA+, ITIL, and others. Matias began his IT career repairing computers at a local repair shop and has continued growing into systems engineering and cybersecurity, which is his main career focus.
Outside of work, Matias enjoys fitness and DJing.
Julio
Network Engineer
Julio Martinez
Julio is an IT professional with over 7 years in the industry. From interning at a laptop repair shop to holding positions such as help desk associate, technician, NOC analyst, all the way to Network Engineer.
He has experience configuring and troubleshooting a wide variety of devices paired with a strong desire to help people solve their IT issues.
When not working, Julio is a big TV and cinema fan. He always has a movie or show to talk about and recommend to others.

Kenneth Estes
Kenneth Estes is a seasoned IT professional with a robust background in Microsoft technologies and a proven track record in strategic account management. Currently serving as a Customer Success/Account Manager at Healthy Technology Solutions.
Kenneth leverages his extensive expertise to drive customer success and strategic marketing initiatives. Previously, Kenneth excelled as a Microsoft Cloud Technical Expert at Microsoft Corp., where he was instrumental in pioneering the Microsoft Cloud Technical Expert pilot program. His deep knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Licensing, Azure, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365 products has made him a go-to expert in the field.
Kenneth’s proficiency as a Microsoft Office Application Trainer further underscores his commitment to empowering users through education and training.
Kenneth’s notable achievements include being recognized as a top Microsoft licensing salesman, a testament to his exceptional sales acumen and dedication. His educational credentials are equally impressive, holding multiple Microsoft certifications, including Azure AI Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals, Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, Power Platform Fundamentals, and Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals.

Kathleen Daproza
Kathleen has over eight years of experience in finance and accounting, with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Her diverse professional background spans technical support, quality assurance, banking operations, and finance education. She also holds certifications in Accounting Softwares, Lean Six Sigma, and Investment Operations.
In her current role, she supports invoicing, account reconciliations, and administrative processes to help maintain accurate financial records and ensure efficient accounting operations.
Outside work, she loves spending time with her family, watching dog vlogs and managing her small clothing business.

Phillipe Sebastian
Phil is an experienced BPO Team Leader with a strong background in operations management, team coaching, and workforce strategy across major global accounts. With over a decade of industry expertise, Phil specializes in improving core KPIs—such as NPS, AHT, and resolution rates—through data-driven coaching, quality auditing, and real-time support.
