HTS has kept us going and is an integral part our growth for the better part of the past decade. This was exemplified during the Covid Pandemic when seamless technology became a necessity. For us, most IT firms are comparable to each other, but HTS has 3 things that are almost impossible to find.

1. Speed and accuracy in resolution of issues
2. The peace of mind that they give their clients by explaining things in words we understand.
3. Having our best interest and the patient’s best interest at heart.

1 and 2 alone should make most clinics like ours sign up. Number 3 would make them never want/attempt to switch firms. It is hard to gauge the true value of integrity and great partnership.
